Dan is a Chartered Certified Accountant and joined the business in 2015 as Managing Director having previously been a Director at a large national accountancy firm. Dan is experienced in leading accountancy firms and overseeing mergers and acquisitions in this sector. Since he joined, Dan has lead The Affinity Group through a re-brand, grown the team from 10 to over 90, opened six new offices, acquired 9 new practices, developed and built a fantastic operational and leadership team and created 5 new businesses. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer in October 2024.
