The stages of application
Stage 1 – apply to either us or your learning provider
Stage 2 –Mike, Affinity’s HR Manager will call you to discuss your application
Stage 3 – Mike will take the time to get to know you, and discuss The Affinity Group with you
Stage 4 – Following a successful phone call you’ll be invited to a face-to-face interview
Stage 5 – you’ll need to contact the College to express your wishes to start their apprenticeship course
Stage 6 – Following a successful interview by Affinity and you’ve been granted a place at the College, we’ll confirm your placement and start date
Stage 7 – We’ll expect you to start working at The Affinity Group at least four weeks before the start of your course, to get you acclimatised to the office

Sonny joined The Affinity Group back in 2022, and is on track to complete his AAT Accountancy Apprenticeship L2 this summer. He’s currently busy assisting our amazing tax team and learning the ropes, whilst also gaining his qualification. A rising Affinity apprentice star!
