Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) allows businesses large and small to enact positive change. It’s when companies choose to do what’s right not only for their bottom line but also for the world we live in and the people around us. We believe that companies that can do more, should. So we do.

We genuinely care about helping to build a better future and take action to make a difference, managing our business in a responsible and sustainable way. So we make the following commitments:

Our people

We give every team member a voice and encourage them to be themselves at work. We take our employee wellbeing and development very seriously and invest in helping our people thrive. We:

  • give everyone 25 days holiday from the outset
  • offer duvet days for last minute time off
  • encourage our people to take their paid charity day
  • give everyone death in service cover and medical cover

Our environment

We’re always on the lookout for ways to reduce our carbon footprint, so:

  • Our offices are largely paperless, with all records stored securely online
  • We use digital notebooks and enable ourselves with tech to reduce our carbon impact
  • We always recycle, from lunch waste to delivery packaging
  • We’ve installed charging points for electric cars in our head office carpark and all of our company cars are electric

Our community

We love where we work and actively engage with the community to support local businesses and local and national charities:

  • Every one of our people is entitled to one paid charity volunteer day per year
  • We fundraise throughout the year and our teams select which charities we should donate to
  • We support local business via our social media networks, recommending and mentioning our local heroes
