The stages of application

Stage 1 – Apply to either us or your learning provider

Stage 2 – A member of our team will call you to discuss your application

Stage 3 – They will take the time to get to know you, and discuss The Affinity Group with you

Stage 4 – Following a successful phone call you’ll be invited to a face-to-face interview

Stage 5 – You’ll need to contact the College to express your wishes to start their apprenticeship course

Stage 6 – Following a successful interview by Affinity and you’ve been granted a place at the College, we’ll confirm your placement and start date

Stage 7 – We’ll expect you to start working at The Affinity Group at least four weeks before the start of your course, to get you acclimatised to the office

Cara joined The Affinity Group in August 2024, and has just passed her Level 3 AAT Accountancy Apprenticeship. She’s also the most recent winner of The Affinity Group ‘Rising Star’ Award. We sat down with her to find out how she found the apprenticeship experience.
